Here’s a yummy vegan chocolate cake that doesn’t require an oven. And considering the amount of veggies/fruits in it, it almost feels healthy!

150 g almond
150 g walnuts
100 g dates, pitted.
Mix to a crumbly paste and push out in a baking dish.
150 g dates, pitted
2 ripe avocados
2 ripe bananas
1 dl cacao
1 tsp vanilla powder
110 g agave
Pinch of salt
Mix it all until a creamy mousse and then pour over base. Let it set and cool in the fridge for at least an hour. ENJOY!
We couldn’t finish all of it so we put it in the freezer which worked just fine :)
