Semla

This is a traditional Swedish pastry eaten every year in February. It’s a simple cardemum bun filled with almond paste (I made my own!) and whipped cream (we used the soy kind). Then comes the lid which should be sprinkled with confectioner’s sugar. The lid was my favourite as a kid since I didn’t like cream or almond  paste hehe.
