If you wanna jazz up your regular potato mash I suggest this variant with sweet potatoes instead of regular ones and to that add a little kale!
Boil 3 sweet potatoes till soft.
While they are boiling, fry 1 yellow onion, 2 garlic cloves (minced) and about 100-150 g of kale until the kale turns soft.
Remove water from the potatoes and add ½ dl cream. Season with salt and white peppar.
Add the kale to the mash and stir.
