Healthy ice cream? Well look no further! Seriously, this is the best thing ever, it’s so good I can’t help but eat it several times a week. And with good conscience too! An ice cream made out of bananas. I keep chunks of bananas in the freezer at all time, ready to make this creamy dessert at any time.
I haven’t tried it yet, because the original is so tasty, but try this by adding chocolate and/or walnuts, I’m sure it would be delicious!
Actually, I forgot to add the dates today and although they add a certain sweetness it tasted just as good without them, so no worries if you don’t have them at home.
